NOTES :
1. Forms that are incomplete, incorrect or without all the required documents will be rejected immediately.
2. The applicant has to be 10 + 2 passed with 40% marks.
3. The following documents must be enclosed along with the application from:
a) Admit Card of HSSLC (Xerox Copy)
b) Marksheet & Certificate ( Xerox Copy)- of HSLC & HSSLC
(Board Seal must be visible on the Marksheet & Certificate).
c) Tribal Certificate.
d) Residential Certificate.
e) 2 copies of recent passport photo.
4. The application form has to be submitted to the Principal, Nursing School Lunglei office on or before
Dt. 16th.June. 2017 Late submissions will not be entertained.
5. Examinations will be conducted as follows:
i) Admit Card for entrance Test will be issued from the office Nursing School Lunglei on 19th June 2017.
ii) Written Test - Dt.20th. June. 2017, 10:00am - 1:00pm @ Nursing School, Lunglei.
iii) Applicants who have passed the written test will go through medical Check-up &
Persional Interview on Dt 4th.July.2017 at 10:00am @ Nursing School Lunglei.
6. The applicants must bring along their original HSLC & HSSLC Marksheets & Certificates on the day of the interview.
